EASY & QUICK LASAGNE

Cooking time: 1hr 15mins
Serves 4 - 6

6-8 sheets lasagne
grated cheese

Meat sauce:
1tbsp oil
1 large onion diced
2 cloves garlic,crushed
1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
1lb (450gm)minced beef
Large (520gm)jar of ragu tomato and mushroom sauce

Cheese Sauce:
Large (495gm) Ragu white lasagne sauce
6oz (160gm) approx of mature cheddar cheese, grated.

 

   
  Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft. Add the pepper and mince. Cook until the mince is browned. Stir in the Ragu tomato sauce bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15mins. stirring occasionally. Spread half the meat sauce over the base of a 10inch baking dish. Top with half the lasagne sheets and spoon over half the Ragu white sauce. Sprinkle over half the cheese. Now place more lasagne sheets and repeat with remaining meat sauce and lasagne, finishing with white sauce and cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 190c, 375f or gas5 for 45mins. Serve with salad.
