Frank Stradling, far left who later became the manager of the new Minehead Coop in Quirke street and subsequently manager of the Coop when it moved to Friday Street. around 1947/8 until 1952 when he and his wife took over the Fish and Chip business in Quirke Street and ran it extreemly sucessfully until 1962 Some of the staff were: Wilf Mockridge, Joyce Salter Mrs Sillett, Shirley Phillips and Judy Chamberlain.
